🔹 What is an ACE Co-Leader?🔹
ACE Co-Leaders (also known as Peer Mentors) are dedicated student leaders who support their peers in STEM courses through collaborative learning and mentorship. They model academic success, promote inclusive learning environments, and help others grow in their STEM journeys.
Co-Leaders:
- Facilitate ACE Problem Solving Sessions and Exam Reviews
- Mentor students in small groups
- Collaborate with staff and fellow co-leaders
- Receive training and support through the PBS 182 course (for new mentors)

🔹 How to Apply🔹
We will begin recruiting for the Fall 2025 Quarter in August. Students that have submitted the interest form will receive an email with the application.

The application will include:
- A brief cover letter
- Two short written responses
- A strong academic record (GPA 3.0+, experience in STEM courses)
After submitting, selected students are interviewed and, if accepted, added to the pool. Being in the pool does not guarantee a job but keeps you eligible for future placements.
